From scrap to granule

  1. Source

    Post-industrial and post-consumer scrap arrives in bales, bags and gaylords, and every load is weighed in.

  2. Sort

    We separate by polymer and colour. This is the step that decides how consistent the final granule is.

  3. Grind and wash

    Material is shredded, washed and dried to remove labels, dirt and moisture.

  4. Extrude

    Clean flakes are melted, filtered and cut into uniform granules.

  5. Check and pack

    Lots are checked against spec, then bagged and labelled for dispatch.
